Standard Items We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs, including any customs duties or import fees, are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customized & Personalized Orders All customized, personalized, or made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are crafted exclusively for you and cannot be resold.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at [your email] within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short video of the item and its original packaging. Claims submitted after 48 hours or without supporting visual evidence cannot be processed. We reserve the right to assess each claim individually and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Sale Items All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
